Was hoping for a quick and easy "We'll show up at this date" installation but instead the installation date came, it got rescheduled. And thatbday came and they rescheduled for my bday causing me to reschedule my bday plans, just to text me yet again and reschedule it. Not only did my bday plans get ruined but people have jobs. You can't just reschedule multiple times and expect someone to be available for install.

Not a single employee said hello or welcome or asked if they could help you. Not that I needed the help, but, it’s always nice to have good customer service, especially in a business like a home improvement store. I only go to Lowe’s unless I absolutely have to, and it really is based on the bad customer service that Lowe’s organization provides across the storefront. Also, their lack of actual registers for customers and solely relying on a self check out is just a sad experience for people. Hate to see that in this day and age. I love going to Menards or Home Depot any day of the week!

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
