The two stars are for the two helpful associates who did what they could to locate the item at least. The three missing stars are for whomever made me wait 30 minutes thinking they were going to get this product down and did nothing of the sort. What an enormous waste of time for one item that should have been on the floor weeks ago. Seriously. You've had Christmas trees out for a month but hand warmers come out when exactly? January?

When delivery occurred, they refused to do the installation. Lowes will apparently tell you anything to get their sale. I won't be buying appliances from this hardware store again. Follow-up: I spoke to the manager on duty who took my information and said that it would be made right on Friday. After spending the day waiting, I called and discovered that said manager took my information and did not follow up. Lowes has lost me and anyone that I speak with.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
