Subsequent multiple calls to company kept putting me on hold, passing me to service support who could not find the request information even though the original people I talked to could still find the request, and I was then subsequently told they are cancelling the service request. I had to call back one more time to get confirmation the charged fee was refunded. All this I state was what truthfully happened out of a simple service request for keys locked in a truck./
