The office has visual storage sizes on the floor so you can have an idea of the size of units before going to view them. There are a lot of cameras inside, which is nice for security. Huge bay doors for entry and exit, which can be accessed either by bluetooth in the app or by a inputing your code on a keypad. You can drive your vehicle inside the bay door for first floor access. They have carts available inside so you don’t have to carry everything by hand to your unit. They have a bottle refill station inside as well, which is nice. The manager of the facility, Heidi, was very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. She took her time to answer my questions and was not “salesy” or pushy about renting. You can tell she enjoys her work, which really helped me feel like our belongings would be in good hands with ESS. The sign-up process took maybe 5 minutes when we got back to the office. Really quick and simple.
