- MKMarina Kirova5 days ago5.0I was in the Sherrerrville location and they had what I was looking for! Also they had a lot of stuff on clearance. One of their employees (girl with curly hair) was extra nice and helpful. I did not caught her name but she is a great example for a good customer service (in aisle 15).
- LMLatrice McElroyApr 24, 20261.0I ordered 30 bags of mulch through the DoorDash app on 4/22/26 around 8 p.m. or so. When my order arrived that same night around 9 p.m., the driver told me that the Lowe's employee only allowed him to put 20 bags of mulch in his car. Scott (delivery driver) stated that the employee told him that was all he could take and the employee closed the gate🤯🤬. Excuse me ma'am/sir I already paid for those! With no help from DoorDash scammers I am out out of $20! Hopefully I will get a response from Lowe's regarding this matter because it seems that their employee(s) hijacked 10 bags of mulch that were not paid for by them. This has been a frustrating ordeal. I know it's only $20 but it was my money and I should have received the product that I paid for....PLEASE HELP ME GET BACK WHAT WAS TAKEN FROM ME!!! I PREFER TO HAVE THE MULCH.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
