Lowe's in Sherreville is doing a terrible job. On Friday night, I went to their Sherreville store to buy an LG washer and dryer set for $2,045. When I bought it, I requested that they install the new machine and remove the old one. However, on Saturday, a delivery person came and asked for the installation materials, but they didn't have them, so they took the washer and dryer back without delivering them to me. Then, on Saturday afternoon, I went to Lowe's to request a redelivery and the necessary installation equipment. They scheduled the delivery for Monday, and today, two people came to install the machine, but they weren't Lowe's engineers; they were from another company hired by Lowe's to remove the old machine and install the new one. However, they didn't deliver the new machine. I called Lowe's hundreds of times, but no one answered.

I asked for a battery and no one wanted to show me where I could find them. After describing the battery they drew a blank. If they would have taken two seconds for me to describe the battery and what it did as in fit in. A dog collar for an underground fence. I finally found the battery display and nothing similar was found. Just household type batteries. A/AA/AAA and so on. Please just take two minutes and show your customers where they find whatever they are looking for. Don’t just point. Customer service is the only thing that will save a real store alive. Guess I’m going on the net and making someone lose their job because stores don’t care.

Avoid this store at all costs. They lost my dishwasher order and had the audacity to call and ask me if I knew where it was. After wasting three hours for an installation that never happened and four days with zero communication, I was told I’m stuck waiting until they find their own lost inventory. They refuse to issue a refund except as mailed store credit and have offered zero apologies for the chaos. Customer care was completely useless—specifically Brandon, who provided no assistance whatsoever. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere
