Needed a gallon of paint and too soil . No problem. Everyone helpful and friendly. The store is clean and orderly. I even found a couple of pretty flowers to plant in my yard. A great day.

Customer service is bad at this store. Associates lack the basic training, causing customers to lose money because of their lack of knowledge on how to do their jobs. I lost $190 rebate because they don't know how to print out the receipt. Was basically told "sorry about your luck".

Bought my washer and dryer set from this Lowe's store. Had a very helpful salesperson! The area was very busy but once my turn came the guy gave all his attention to us and our questions. I did have the set delivered and installed. They give you a 4 hr windows for delivery. Mine was 12-4pm. I did receive a call at 3pm stating they needed to extend my windows for delivery to 430pm. The set arrived at 415pm and the delivery guys were spot on and had them in the house and working within 15 min. They left no trace... not a box or anything which was nice since I'm moving and had an abundance of boxes already. Highly recommend!

Terrible delivery system! I was assured by the salesperson in appliances that my appliances would be delivered this morning. I was at my house all morning. I received a text from their automated system saying that my delivery had arrived. I went outside and no one was there. I called and was told that it was my fault. I asked will you deliver today, yes or no? They said no. I said cancel my order please. After the person began reading a script, I hung up and drove to the store. Apparently they can take my money in 5 minutes but can't give it back to me in 5 minutes.

The day I visited I was greeted by Trish while looking at doors. While I didn’t purchase anything yet I was just getting ideas I wanted to say how kind and helpful she was. We plan on replacing our front door and adding a screen door this summer as long as the budget allows us too! If we are able to there’s no doubt who we’ll be seeing. 10/10 recommend her also.
