You can keep your $1000.00 Lowe's. What a joke!

Called for the 5 foot elf on the shelf. Was told yes we have 3. Wanted to be sure it was there before we wasted time and gas to drive out of town. Only to get to the store have another associate refuse them to us because now all of a sudden it became Black Friday only item? Why is that not listed or told to you then? Beyond mad!!

They did offer to help. I needed a propane wall heater. They had no idea what it was, didn't have any in stock. I went to Menards and the helped right away.

This store is a mess, called to check on a warranty for a washer. Was on hold for 45 mins and a guy comes to the phone and said "He doesn't know if anyone is working in appliances today" Not so great customer service and would not recommend purchasing from this location.

As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
