The lowes pro account is a joke. I used it without issue for years and then they change systems and nothing was the same. Then I get a wild fee and interest on my account and bills showing up when I have a zero balance. Closed my account today and will be taking my business over to carter lumber or home depot. I can deal with a lack of staff or fork lift certified people or the employees who are completely clueless but this was the last straw. Lowes is dead to me period!

I will continue to shop at this Lowe's location only because I finally received help with a very frustrating situation from one of the managers here. I originally chose the Plymouth store, over the Warsaw location, because Warsaw had very poor service. Recently, I took pause to reconsider this choice after I had puchased a GE washer at the Plymouth store (and dryer) only to find that the washer had a hole in the tub. Unfortunately, this wasn't found within the 48 hour window you have to return large appliances (didn't know you only had 48 hours). Many hours...days...and many phone calls later, Joe Westerman (Ops Manager) did what was right. He went out of his way to get the issue resolved. He was patient and listened and heard me. I thank Joe and will continue to suggest friends and family shop with Lowe's due to this outstanding service.

As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
