    I have been to this lowes hundreds of times over the past 10 years.(im a contractor and spent thousands and thousands of dollars here over that time frame) Usually have a good experience. Not this time. I went in Saturday April 11 and bought an Ego powerwasher($900 and I grabbed the last box) and checked out at 1029am. Got home and opened it up and all the accessories and batteries were in the box(box was still relatively heavy as those batteries are big and heavy), but the main unit was missing. I got back to Lowes at 1120 to tell them what happened. I was basically accused of taking the unit out of the box when I got home and a manager had to handle it so I waited...and waited and waited for a manager(Jason) to come talk to me. He did not come out for 50 minutes! Finally he said they cant do anything and that it has to go to their asset management team(he could not give me an answer to how long this would take). I argued with him for several minutes and then called the police knowing they wouldn't do anything. Finally it hit me that since it was the last box, then maybe this was the display unit. I talked to the lady at the return counter and asked if it could be the display item(you could see in her face that they messed up and it very well could be). She told me I had to ask a store associate who worked in that dept(Daniel). She called Daniel to the front and I waited and waited and waited some more. I finally asked where he was at and I would just go find him. Once I found Daniel, he immediately said that it was in fact the display box and everything I was missing was in the display. I finally left the store after 1 pm. Almost 2 hours of arguing and being accused of stealing the unit when they were in the wrong. No apologies from the manager. No offer of store credit or anything for a display unit, let alone my whole Saturday morning wasted. I will go elsewhere from now on. Zach Update to the reply from Lowes to this message. I emailed lowes customer service on Monday April 13th about the incident with no response. I called the very number you provided in your message on April 20 and spoke with a lady in the customer service dept and she said she filed a separate complaint for me and that someone would reach out to me if they deemed it worthy to follow up on and she told me no need to follow up. Ill pass on calling the same number again. If you want to make it right, you can contact me as my information is in those complaints. Thanks

    Made in CHINA. No refund, No exchange after 48 hours on expensive outdoor equipment. This is outside of standard policy and they will not warn you. It is not posted anywhere unless you know where to look. Dont like it, or if it's defective, or just stops working you are stuck with it. Hope you get it open, assembled, and tested out within 2 days or your stuck with it. Management was terrible. Zero transparency on this policy before purchase. Try and return it after 48 hrs. They'll shove policy in you're face and give you a number to a cooperate A.I. bot. Hope you do your shopping, read your instructions, complete your assembly, and do yard work all after work during the week otherwise you're screwed if you need to return it. Because the next day you gotta clean it, disassemble it, repackage it, and return it before that 48 hrs is up or your loss not there's.

    Never have the right price tag never have employees around, the managers don’t care place just sucks; shop at Home Depot. Kent specifically in the garden center is terrible too. 2 piece of crown moulding corners ones double the size of the other and finished white and is $8. Unfinished piece rings up $13 he says it’s on clearance half off…that’s also false shelf says $4.xx he says no it’s on clearance 1/2 off $6.xx. How is an unfinished smaller piece of corner block more expensive than a giant finished outside corner piece of crown moulding? It’s not. He’s just lazy and blew off my $4.xx comment, female manager working 3/23/26 3pm is worthless.
