I came into Lowe’s at 7:50 and Jim in the tools department helped me like I was his first customer of the day. He really put effort into helping me to the absolute best of his ability. Unfortunately the tools I wanted weren’t in stock but then Jim told me where I could find them. Both online and another store. Looks like I’m now heading to Carmel sometime in the near future. If anyone is looking for tools, go to Jim. JIM IS GREAT!!!!

In addition: I got home with my paint and had a question for the paint department and in calling the store discovered you can no longer speak to a real person..it's all AI bot!!!! UGH!!!

We have worked with Carl on a number of occasions, including the selection of a new washer and dryer earlier in the year as well as a more recent selection of an oven/microwave combination and refrigerator. Because we had had such a great experience with the washer/dryer purchase, we purposely sought out Carl when we unexpectedly replaced the most recent appliances. Came in around 7:00 on Sunday night to get a Christmas tree, no one was outside so I went in to see if someone could help us out, after they called someone from home and garden my family and I went back outside to pick out our tree…waited 10 minutes and still not a soul…finally went to Home Depot where they were more than happy to help us. Lowes customer service is very pathetic
