Monday morning I find out that the store only had 3 sticks, so rather than notifying me so I could make other arrangements they credited my account the 5 sticks, without telling me, and left me scrambling first thing today to get them what they need. If this is how you support your business customers, I may need to rethink my supplier source

He really put effort into helping me to the absolute best of his ability. Unfortunately the tools I wanted weren’t in stock but then Jim told me where I could find them. Both online and another store. Looks like I’m now heading to Carmel sometime in the near future. If anyone is looking for tools, go to Jim. JIM IS GREAT!!!!

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
