- CGChristopher GodstedNov 13, 20251.0Big Caveat - Haley (showroom associate) and Georgia (online customer specialist) were rockstars for us in this process. Otherwise, the lovesac experience has been abysmal. Please see the bulleted list below: - Unfulfilled promises at Costco for financing (not lovesacs fault but the lovesac associate basically didn’t know what he was talking about). - initial delivery was incomplete. - follow up exchange order gave an incorrect side cover which then needed to be exchanged. - FOLLOW UP exchange order gives the WRONG COVER TYPES AGAIN for the pillows we ordered. I’ve spent probably like 4 hours on the phone total with this organization. Terrible exchange experience by the customer service team - half of whom - didn’t know what they were doing. The other half did and had to clean up their mistakes. This is a pricy couch and the process should be as smooth as possible. We ordered this couch in the early September, it’s now almost Thanksgiving. Almost 7K for a couch and this is the experience we get.
