i went here originally because my father used to bring his equipment here to have it worked on when i was younger. i dropped of my chainsaw weeks ago for them to look at it. i explained what the issue was while dropping it off and it was honestly an easy fix but im not just mechanically inclined to work on it. the oil needed flushed and i wanted to take this to a business that specializes in mowers, chainsaws etc.. every time i called up there if i was able to get ahold of someone one because more times than not they don’t answer there phone. when i was able to get ahold of someone instead of simply asking what the ticket number was they would ask me what brand or model of chainsaw i brought in. why have a ticket system with an invoice number if your not even going to use it. after almost four weeks of not hearing anything back i finally got a call back saying the chainsaw was ready. after picking it up and realizing that i was charged 50.00 for a simple oil flush i felt taken advantage of. the website prides itself in fixing anything and says instead of replacing something which can be more expensive they will fix it which implied that the price would affordable in comparison to buying something new. For fifty dollars they should of sharpened the chain for me also so that i could actually use the chainsaw. i bought a new chain for it and even installed it and all they had to do was flush the oil. the gas was already full too. i drove here from out of town against better judgment. be weary of being overpriced. you shouldn’t have to know about machines to drop off something at a shop without worrying about being taken advantage of and i believe i was. for what they charged me i should of actually bought a new chainsaw contrary to what the website claims that if you bring your used item in it will be cheaper. i had to order a filing set to sharpen the chainsaw myself which they should of done themselves or at least pointed it out that this needed to be done. you guys are supposed to be experts but instead of actually looking at the machine i had to diagnose the problem for you. a professional would of actually taken the time to go over everything and make sure that it was actually in working order. maybe test it on a old piece of wood to see if it actually works!
