Which actually I did because the lady I was speaking to at the kiosk had trouble hearing me. So, I was glad when he came to help! I'm terrible with names, unfortunately I do not remember his. However he was very professional and helped me with everything I needed and got me set up with the unit I needed. This is the 2nd time renting. Great prices, and in a convenient location. Thanks!!
