- TTTaraSep 25, 20251.0I rented a 10×15 unit. It was clean, dry and easy to access the unit. However the price increased twice in 3 months. I then decided to downsize to a 5 x10 unit. The price for that unit increased twice in 3 months, plus it was hard to get in touch with them. I do not recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone.

Came over here at 8am the next morning (Saturday) and they've got 1 of their locks on it. I've called twice to ask when it'll be taken off. No answer!! They say customer service is open 6am-10p. I can't even get someone on the phone. Their hrs must be whenever the hell they feel like getting out of bed on a Saturday.... Very dissatisfied with this place. I'll be looking for a new storage facility!!!
