- VPVeronica PrestineJan 29, 20261.0Bought a reclining loveseat, less than a year and the arm rest between the seats needs to be replaced, the cushion has nothing left where our elbows lay. Called them and waited over a month for a call back which never happened. We called them again and he tried to say it was only a week, phone history proves different. Now after a year and a half we still haven't got the part fixed, they source out repairs, who will not call me either. Stay away from this place, not the quality or service you should expect. Gave it 1 star because Karen was a very good sales person, not sure she still works there
