He, by far, was the Best salesman I’ve encountered. He made the buying experience enjoyable. He was extremely knowledgeable about the couches I was interested in, even knowing the more popular fabrics. He was able to find a couch close to the size of my current one. I couldn’t have been more pleased. He held my price for a week since I wasn’t local. In the end I ended up with a new couch. The purchasing experience over the phone was very easy. Andre deserves an award for his knowledge and experience. As for the offerings, Lazboy does a great job displaying their products and offering of fabrics. Great experience overall.

When I narrowed my selection down, the saleswoman answered all my questions, gave suggestions and I purchased the best chair for my husband. He is thrilled with the fit and the options on the controller. He calls it his 'Magic' chair as it's his favorite place to nap! Best purchase; made him very happy!!!
