They then sent me the part and I had to call and get a technician scheduled to come out and repair it. I did so, waited all day and they never showed or called. Now Im waiting for a call back to find out why and reschedule, which they say will be at least a month out. LaZBoy will blame the repair ompany but I bought it from them, they need to take ownership for a broken head rest and then the whole debacle to get it fixed.
