    It is an okay craft store. It’s a little messy and could be organized better but it could be lazy customers changing their minds and not putting things back. They are always busy and don’t seem to have enough employees sometimes.

    Hobby Lobby needs a update. I left my card out of town and they couldn't do a phone reader. Its 2025 and I've had small hole in the wall companies have better update system then this place....guess I'll buy my tree home depot

    Talk about a Nose dive in Customer Service. I have been shopping here for many years and Im not sure what has poisoned the water and hospitality at this location but this is a sad work environment. The young lady with the nose ring Laquse (not sure of spelling) is definitely a rotten apple I think she even referenced her 5 year tenure. That would of been impressive if she wasn't so rude and bothered by questions about product knowledge. Ethan would know who Im referencing too. If you had a team happy trust me your Daily figures at the cash warp at night would reflect an increase.

    Debbie and Karen are the absolute rudest employees I have ever experienced here. I was trying to return a couple of things I ended up not using for a DIY Halloween costume and they treated me like I was trying to steal from them personally. They made me go find items to match what I was returning (even though it was in the original packaging). Then when I returned some unused fabric they made snide comments between themselves about how they wouldn’t let me return it if it was up to them. A very kind manager helped me and signed off on the return, but as soon as she walked away the comments continued. I’ll go to the Elkhart hobby lobby from now on.
