  So we bought a set of washer/dryer…. Way over board , anyway shopping was good , always is as we have purchased all of our major appliances there the guys and gals of the appliance center are always spot on and eager to help with questions ,concerns etc. Anyway that only half of it. Deliver… it was seamless, got a call the same night, going to be there at this window … bamn!! Hello we are on our way. Alvin and Donny are great guys, the know their business, no banged walls or door jams, no scratch floors … the fellas are knowledgeable , curious and respectful. Anyway the job was done and off they went. Until the wife ran a load and heard a noise, which got worse. So I call Lowe’s service department .. the young lady on the other end was like oh yeah no problem I’ll get the guys out there right away. That night I get the call the next morning 9:00 the came assessed the situation and acted upon it. Adjusted solid as it had walked or settled in I donno but the fixed it. Good business all around.

  Had a great experience at this store today. We made two trips, and literally every employee we met was amazingly nice. I remember the names of Ron, Mark, and Allen, but it was seriously every last one. When I needed help, someone was immediately there and knew the answer. I don't know how they do it, but we'll be back for more!

  Horrible customer service. Ordered 22 sheets of drywall to be delivered today. Was assured when I called it would be here today. Ordered it yesterday, got a text 30 minutes later that it was loaded. The ai automated message says delivery set for tomorrow but can't talk to anyone at lowes today. The job is for today not tomorrow. I have help moving it today, not tomorrow. I'll NEVER shop here again. Update, got ahold of someone (3 times) to finally get an answer. Was told it was supposed to go out yesterday morning but wasn't. Was then told they were coming to load it and bring it to me. Well, 2 days later and nothing. What a waste of time . I'll definitely go to Menards from now on. Last UPDATE... Cancelled this order from Lowe's. Got the run around for the past 3 hours again with nothing accomplished. Nobody to answer calls or give any info. Was told by automated message my order was supposed to be picked up at 7 am and the truck still hasn't arrived. Lmfao. Lowes is a total joke. I ordered from Big C lumber 30 minutes ago and just got confirmation it's on its way. That's how it's done. Small businesses are doing a lot better than this big box store. For anyone reading this, PLEASE go elsewhere and save yourself the headache and a few bucks. I will NEVER step foot in that store again..
