Ordered it yesterday, got a text 30 minutes later that it was loaded. The ai automated message says delivery set for tomorrow but can't talk to anyone at lowes today. The job is for today not tomorrow. I have help moving it today, not tomorrow. I'll NEVER shop here again. Update, got ahold of someone (3 times) to finally get an answer. Was told it was supposed to go out yesterday morning but wasn't. Was then told they were coming to load it and bring it to me. Well, 2 days later and nothing. What a waste of time . I'll definitely go to Menards from now on. Last UPDATE... Cancelled this order from Lowe's. Got the run around for the past 3 hours again with nothing accomplished. Nobody to answer calls or give any info. Was told by automated message my order was supposed to be picked up at 7 am and the truck still hasn't arrived. Lmfao. Lowes is a total joke. I ordered from Big C lumber 30 minutes ago and just got confirmation it's on its way. That's how it's done. Small businesses are doing a lot better than this big box store. For anyone reading this, PLEASE go elsewhere and save yourself the headache and a few bucks. I will NEVER step foot in that store again..

I attempted to return unopened, unused holiday lights that were purchased on December 2nd, and the return was denied. At no point during purchase was I told that holiday lights were non-returnable, and there was no indication of this on my receipt. If there is a seasonal cutoff or special return policy, it should be clearly disclosed before purchase. The lack of transparency and the way the situation was handled left a bad impression.

The only install I got has been a STALL to get my door I am fed up. I believe I should get my money back. It has been going on since September of last year. Winter cold drafts through my house. Lowes keep the door and give me my $4,000 dollars back. I promise I will never shop with Lowe's again

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
