    I had a great experience. My salesman took the time to locate the fabric swatch of my sofa and loveseat that I purchased last year to help me decide on a color for my recliners. Great customer service!

    Thalia is wonderful. Good selection of items to see and sit in. Its just too bad there is no in house stock. It would be nice to skip the delivery fee if you're able to get your items home yourself.

    Bill (William) was the sales associate who assisted my husband and I at this particular location. What I liked most about our shopping experience was Bill’s laidback and kind demeanor. He was helpful in answering my questions, and knowledgeable about the leather furnishings from care treatment to maintaining quality. We purchased a reclining leather sofa and chair. Being disabled, I’m confident these items will provide firm back support. We appreciate Bill’s help and highly recommend him and this Lazy Boy location.
