    The sales person Jane was excellent at her job. She was very friendly. She was a people person. Took the time to answer any questions. She was knowledgeable and took the time to talk to my husband on the phone since he wasn't able to be there. Jane wasn't pushy in any way. I would definatly recommend her to friends that are needing furniture. The Lazy Boy experience was excellent!

    The manager was very friendly. He did not pressure us into buying anything. He left us so we could take our time to look around and get back to him when we were ready. We are very satisfied with our loveseat and recliners.

    Was immediately told where the clearance was when I came in looking for a coffee table. Then was continued to be told that they "get in returns all the time and they are much cheaper". I had never mentioned price. I have been looking for the perfect coffee table for some time now. And I still haven't found it. When I told them that price wasn't the problem, I was still told to wait for some people to bring in more returns or wait for sales. That was NOT the problem! I feel like we were profiled as not being able to afford their merchandise.
