Stock hit or miss with 3d print items. Usually long line with one cashier, maybe two but still long while. Has good sales.

I feel like a lot of the items they sell there now are being handmade by child labor forces in other countries for like $0.35 a month

Went to buy fabric during their sale. The workers are rude and the selection of fabrics is small. I wish they would expand their fabric department and hire better staff.

Here is a rewritten version that is professional, clear, and firm while remaining respectful and credible. It preserves the substance of the concern without sounding emotional or confrontational:
I have always enjoyed shopping here, and with Joann no longer in the area, this store has become an important resource for the fabrics and notions I need for my work. I truly value having it available.
That said, my recent experiences over the past week have been disappointing. I have had to stop in several times for last-minute sewing supplies, and unfortunately, each visit has been more negative than the last. Having worked in customer service for over 15 years, I fully understand the pressure employees face during the holiday season and how challenging customer interactions can be. However, that stress does not justify treating all customers poorly due to a prior interaction.
On multiple occasions, I was spoken to harshly or assumed to be at fault simply because I was nearby. During my most recent visit which was today, I waited at the cutting counter with no staff present and rang the service bell once. After approximately 10–15 minutes, a line had formed. Another customer later began ringing the bell repeatedly in a joking manner until an associate arrived. Despite this, I was immediately spoken to in an aggressive and accusatory tone, with the assumption that I had been the one causing the disturbance. After my fabric was cut, I was told, “Next time don’t ring the bell like that,” again in a very confrontational manner. When I explained that I was not the person ringing the bell, there was no acknowledgment or apology.
I understand that the situation may have been frustrating for staff, just as it was frustrating for customers who were waiting for assistance. However, making assumptions and addressing customers aggressively is not acceptable and diminishes what should otherwise be a positive and necessary shopping experience.
I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as I truly want to continue supporting this store and appreciate having it as a local resource. I hope management addresses this issue soon and my next visit is better 🙏
