- ACArvin ChanSep 14, 20253.0About a month ago, they quoted me for a tree removal and tree trimming. They spotted that the tree next to the house was rotting, recommended me to cut it. He is a nice guy, after the removal of the tree and the trimming of the tree. He called me and said that the stump will be done another day, so I paid them for tree removal and tree trimming. I kept the other part of the money until they come and grind the stump. I was a promised a Saturday, they never showed up and never answered the phone. I got ghosted afterwards. I felt that it was very rude and unprofessional, basically with no accountability.
