  Sorry if my review is long, but it will be worth your time to read it..... Upon deciding that we wanted a home safe to protect a variety of assets, I started calling safe retail dealers.  Most companies new the safes weight but offered no real guidance on our needs.  With some dealers you had to even find your own movers and again, limited help weighing all the safe options.  In short, we need to figure out our needs on our own and then call back once ready to place an order. Now meet Brandy's Safe and Lock, Inc. in Merryville, Indiana.  On their website, they had a safe that I thought would work.  They are about 1.5 hours from our house, and we decided to head there way.  Due to traffic (bad accident), we would be late and they closed at 5:30pm cst.   However, Raymond Brandy said he would wait.  I promised to run in, see the light blue safe that was in stock, and if we liked, I would buy it.  We arrived at 5:35pm cst. Upon seeing the light blue safe, it did not meet our needs.  However, Raymond did not rush us out as they were closed and now the time was 5:50pm cst.  He stayed over one hour after closing (6:50pm cst) and gave us an education as to how to evaluate our needs.  He then pointed us to the Fort Knox website configurator and said go home, determine where you want the safe to be located and then configure a few. We went home and spent the weekend configuring a few Fort Knox Safe options.  These sample configurations when to Raymond and then he called me on Tuesday.   We spent one + hours on the phone discussing the pros and cons of each safe within our budget.  Again, Raymond than challenged me to sleep on our ideas as there was no rush.  Which ever safe I custom ordered would not arrive until mid Q1 2026.  Also, he had me take videos of the two spots we wanted the safe live at once in our house.  After we reviewed the two spots together, he recommended spot #2 and he reasons made total sense. Once we felt we had the perfect safe configured, we then met live at their store again on October 24, 2025 to place the order.  We doubled checked everything, again zero pressure to hurry up, and then we placed the order.  About 6 weeks after the order was placed, I had a shelf configuration idea and Raymond loved it.  Guess what, Brandy's made it happen. On February 11, 2026, safe was delivered.  Raymond and team spent 1.5 hours driving each way to my home and then 3 hours on site moving the safe into my house and setting everything up.  Four professionals that did not damage a thing and all so nice to chat with as I watched them move our massive safe into our house.  Padding/Wood on the floor to disperse the weight and then slow/steady as I watched the Brandy's team muscle this 2,200 + lbs safe into the spot we picked out.  Perfect job gentleman (Bryan, Tony, Gilbert, and Raymond)...!  Then Bryan did a great job training us and even helped me move back an area rug and coffee table. Finally the installation team made sure everything was clean and buttoned up before they left. Bottomline, Brandy's Safe and Lock, Inc. is the best and we are so happy we met Raymond Brandy and his team.  They exceeded our expectations and we LOVE our Fort Knox Safe...!

  Review for Brandy’s Safe and Lock I don’t often leave reviews, but my experience with Brandy’s Safe and Lock—and especially with Raymond—was so exceptional that I felt compelled to share. I recently purchased a Fort Knox safe from Raymond, and he went above and beyond to make the process easy and enjoyable.
