    I shop At Home regularly and have yet to have a negative experience. But I wanted to share a note of thanks to the woman working the front register this morning on 12/21. My father passed on this day, now four years ago and it didn’t quite register what date it was but as we were talking, it hit and I had a moment of tears and grief. I did not catch her name but her kindness and hug will never be forgotten. Not only did she have a smile (despite her Packers losing), she managed to acknowledge and respect my grief and truly made my day better. Thank you for staying positive during the holiday season and sharing your love and faith with a stranger who really needed it but didn’t even realize why until our conversation. I am grateful for you.

    I’ve visited the At Home store in Merrillville, Indiana several times, and it has quickly become one of my favorite places to shop. The store consistently offers high-quality products, and I especially enjoy shopping during the off-season when the discounts are unbeatable. What truly sets this location apart, however, is the team of employees. They are always friendly, helpful, and make the shopping experience enjoyable. A special shout-out goes to Cheryl, the manager. She is incredibly knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to assist with whatever we need. Her dedication and willingness to help make every visit a positive one. Overall, this store is a gem. Great products, great deals, and an outstanding staff, I couldn’t ask for more!

    Total BS that they can’t use a debit card to pull up a return. Their old system did it but there “new system” doesn’t. That’s horrible. You give a crappy paper receipt on a rainy day windy day and that’s the only way for someone to return something 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

    The pricing integrity is horrible. Example. 50% off sale... They Mark things up and then pretend to mark them back down 50%. When it comes to pricing integrity if you're not going to be honest in your pricing why would I believe that you would be honest about anything else? I'll explain in the video.

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags.
