  The girl didn’t seem happy when I said I only needed the outside done. My cameras outside showed she was only there about 5 minutes. She had a long stick that looked like a dust mop. Se didn’t do any kind of spraying. I’ve always received pictures of what they have done. I didn’t receive any pictures of what she did. My cameras didn’t show anything either. I considered this as NO SERVICE. I’ve had your business I think a year or two and I never this kind of service. I don’t feel I should be charged.

  I would have given 5 stars but my technician sprayed all over my floors. I'm not sure that he got the baseboards? I have a parrot who occasionally gets on my floor so I need to be sure my carpet is thoroughly dry before I let her down. Especially since I saw my floors all sprayed up. Aside from that he was polite & asked if I needed him to spray anywhere else before he left. He also texted me before coming out & when he was 5 minutes out. I appreciated that. I expected my baseboards to be wet but not my floors.

  All of the service technicians have been very professional, polite, and understanding. They let you know via text when to expect them and keep you informed of what they do thoughout the appt. and take photos of treated areas. They listen to what you're pest concerns are and try to help. However, my pests remained a big problem up until the weather got cold enough. I feel like I keep paying and not getting the results I'd hope to have had by now, which would be little to none with having "exterminators" come every other month the past year.. Just thinking of the warm season coming feels dreadful, as I really can't handle another round of drain flies all over again, outside and inside! Giving 5 stars because they do try and that i too have a part in solving the problem, as I need to screen my crawlspace vents. Oh! I also like that they have your appointments already set!

  Met with Marianna with aptive at my home, She was very personable and knowledgeable about the services I needed. She explained the processes thoroughly and showed the value of using her service at Aptive. I will definitely recommend Marianna and Aptive to anyone looking for pest prevention. Thanks

  Love the way the Tech explains what was going on and show me what was wrong from the last service done just not happy the way the company do there billing but happy with the service keep up with the good work.
