  I’m not sure what kind of sales tactic passive aggression is…but it’s not a good one. When one of their door-to-door salesman came to my house, I asked him to leave. We have a sign that says “no soliciting. Please don’t knock or ring the bell.” Because we have a newborn and I don’t want strangers coming to our my house or waking him up. When I said “please leave. Don’t leave anything on my porch”, he said I “don’t need to be so sour with him” and that I should “try to have a better day and spread kindness next time.” Maybe instead, you all should respect people’s private property and their clearly posted signs. That would be the kind thing to do.

  I was not home during the visit but after watching my cameras, the rep was there for exactly 9 minutes. Treating the whole lawn is part of the plan and that wasn’t done. It was pouring rain, so I don’t feel the little spray bottle they were carrying was very effective.

  Text me at 8:15 said they would be here in 30 minutes. Never showed got 2 more texts saying they were on the way last text saying 10 minutes an hour passed o show! I can’t reach my contact that set my service up! Last month the lady said she was at my house I was there let’s see if you ring a doorbell you can hear it if you do t hear it then common since says nock on the door. I’m done I want a credit and stop service immediately you guys are horrible.

  I had a great experience with Aptive. From the people I spoke to at their office to the tech that came out to treat my house. Really excellent customer service. Communicated with me throughout the whole process. Great service at a great price. I’m so glad I found them.

  They never explained there would be a 2 year contract. They showed up after 6pm when the appt was from 2-4. The tech asked where we wanted to spray like we were the experts instead of him. When I called to discuss what happened and decided to cancel my policy, I was transferred 4x before I got someone who could actually assist. The gentleman kept trying sale me on some other stuff. After I told him 5x and he continued to try to convince me to keep the service, my husband got on the phone and told him to cancel the service. The end. Say no more. Just cancel the service. The whole experience was a nightmare. All because I had ants in the house.
