I bought a washer dryer combo, when received its was used, then waited days for another one and it was damaged, 3 days away will see what I get. On top of that I purchase a sliding door and they brought it and it was damaged, they took and back and brought me another one and charged me for pick up and delivery after paying it the first time. I here just recently had them come and give me a quote on windows, gave them the go ahead and never heard back. Then a week later texted me and asked if I was going to do the job, told them no after telling them to go ahead. After showing the person the emails he never opened to see my response of proceeding with the job. He then puts me the blame on me for not contacting by text, although left the email address to contact him. I was offered NO refund of ANY type. This will be the last purchase I will ever make with the "KID" run company.......should have kept the "old timers" operating the company.

I went 32 miles to Menards used 3 gallons of gas @4 dollars a gallon and bought 2 / 8pks for 4.50 each and still saved money. Do better Lowes.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
