Waited 20 minutes at the paint counter to be told to hold on while he chit chats with customers! Stopped in here for one item just to wait 20 minutes for service is insane! Watched 10 lowes workers walk right past me and not help or acknowledge me!

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
