The prices on the products I purchased were now a Combined $599 cheaper. I contacted customer service to see if they would adjust the price and they would not and directed me to the store I purchased from.Called the store and was told I would need to return the items to the store for return and then I could repurchase at the discounted price. How realistic is it for me to return a washer,Dryer, and Freezer that I paid for delivery and set up. Once my account is paid off I will be closing my Lowes card and making any major purchases at Home Depot or another store.

We finally started the process of buying new appliances for our home! We are excited to get back to it! We visited the Lowe’s in Madison Indiana. We came across an amazing young man, “Riley” not only was he absolutely brilliant with knowledge but just a JOY of a person! He made our experience easy! He explained everything. “Dumbed it down for us” if you will lol we went in completely lost, and left with SIX brand new gorgeous appliances! Riley was professional, personable and VERY knowledgeable! He covered EVERYTHING! Our new appliances were delivered this morning by two polite, respectful and friendly young men! They checked every box! The absolute joy in their delivery was phenomenal! All smiles and positive energy! I WISH every experience could be this fulfilling! We NEED more people like Lowes has! In every aspect! We truly appreciate the kind positive atmosphere that we experienced with this great group of people!! We highly recommend them! And look forward to any and ALL future opportunities with Lowes! Thank you!!
