We finally started the process of buying new appliances for our home! We are excited to get back to it! We visited the Lowe’s in Madison Indiana. We came across an amazing young man, “Riley” not only was he absolutely brilliant with knowledge but just a JOY of a person! He made our experience easy! He explained everything. “Dumbed it down for us” if you will lol we went in completely lost, and left with SIX brand new gorgeous appliances! Riley was professional, personable and VERY knowledgeable! He covered EVERYTHING! Our new appliances were delivered this morning by two polite, respectful and friendly young men! They checked every box! The absolute joy in their delivery was phenomenal! All smiles and positive energy! I WISH every experience could be this fulfilling! We NEED more people like Lowes has! In every aspect! We truly appreciate the kind positive atmosphere that we experienced with this great group of people!! We highly recommend them! These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
