Absolutely horrible experience with Lowe's Lawrenceburg. Spent nearly $2000 on a washer and dryer set. Delivery 1: They refused to move the washer and dryer into the laundry room bc they couldn't figure out how to shut off the water. It sat in my dining room and maintenance from my building hooked it up for me (even though I paid Lowe's for installation.) When I ran the $1,000 washer, it flooded my laundry room. They had brought me a broken product. Delivery #2: They pull the new washer off the truck and it's completely dented on the side - can't be delivered. They refuse to take the appliances from Delivery #1 and leave me with the same broken set I've had for the last week. This is twice that I've taken off work to be here for a delivery and twice they've showed up with damaged products and unprofessional delivery people. Horribly disappointing. I don't recommend making major appliance purchases from Lowe's Lawrenceburg.

Awful experience having a dryer delivered. 1st delivery no issues but dryer was damaged. So A new date was scheduled 2 days later. The driver of the new delivery didn’t call , didn’t text to say he was here and took pictures of a tree that was inside our yard stating he couldn’t drive under it. Lowe’s called 18 minutes into the delivery window to say it couldn’t be delivered and we needed to reschedule again. The truck delivering was the same size as the one that had delivered 2 days prior. No one at Lowe’s or the delivery center cared. Didn’t care that we wasted a day waiting on a delivery and a call back, didn’t care that the we were without a dryer. Didn’t care that we canceled the order and they lost customers. Awful experience horrendous customer service.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
