I am partial handicapped and have a hard time the way it is, there happen to be someone in the Handicap stall so i was able to manage to get myself in a regular stall because I dont use a wheelchair, but to have a toilet seat unatached from the stool to the point I fell over against the wall and had no grab bar to lift my self up is just absolutely ridiculous. I bathroom was unclean and in need of obvious repair throughout! Have some pride Lowes' so I can keep mine! I was so humiliated and so mad that I left without buying what I drove an hour in distance to buy. I will judge this store by this incident, and I I hope that the other Lowes' locations are not this bad!
