    We purchased a Christmas tree from you the 1st week of December. Today when we started to take ornaments down we noticed tons I mean tons off beetles or some type of bugs that had started to come out of the tree. They were all over our living room, and everything downstairs. The middle of the tree had thousands of them on the thick part. We took it outside. Purchased some pet friendly spray. We had to had a professional exterminator come in and treat the house. We called Lowe’s they basically laughed at us. Said nothing they can do. We wanted them aware of it and who ever they purchase the trees from. So since we were laughed at we have photos, letter from exterminator, and a huge bill! So we will now with the help of the exterminator we are sending all of this to the Tippecanoe county board of health. Lowe’s could have at least refunded the tree to put a tiny dent in the bill. This was like something out of a movie. When the tree started to die they all came out! Shame on you Lowe’s for not giving crap about it. And next year it happens to others and I know it happened to another family we posted about it they contacted us. So now there’s 2 families pushing to have something done.

    So…I purchased Christmas lights on clearance yesterday. Got home and realized that they were the wrong lights. Went back to return them today and was told it was there policy that you cannot return Christmas items after Christmas. WHERE WAS THAT POLICY STATED IN THE CLEARANCE SECTION?????? NOWHERE!!!!!! No “all sales final”, no “no returns on Christmas items” NOTHING!!!!! If that is your policy it she be stated!!!! We do a lot of purchasing from Lowe’s, but I guess we will now be going to HOME DEPOT!! Don’t trust Lowe’s return policies ever again.

    "What's going on?" "I don't know what you are asking for." "I don't know." Are basically what I hear as I asked to track an order that is supposed to be available for pickup one day after estimated delivery date. The lady picked up the phone is nice but not helpful at all. I put 3 star instead of one is just for not being hang up on.
