He was available when we had questions but allowed us to shop around. We left and checked out a couple more places but came back to purchase our furniture. Thomas was super helpful through the process and it was a very stress free experience.

My husband’s, bought elsewhere, is still going strong after 25 years. LZB has cancelled the repair appointments for this chair twice at the last minute. Second time, they just didn’t show, and I had to call. Still months later, no repair. I don’t recommend anyone to spend more $ at LZB than other stores. Not worth it.
