He began by telling us the discounts they have going on for Veterans Day and giving us space and opportunity to look through the inventory they had onsite. We settled on a sofa, and chair that was on sale but we really wanted a love seat. Erin quickly searched inventory to see if there was a matching loveseat in the warehouse. Fortunately for us there was a matching loveseat in stock in the warehouse. Erin worked with us to give us the most economical deal for all three pieces and we were very pleased with his attention to detail, quick assistance and superb customer service. - PCPhyllis CorbinOct 28, 20253.0We always loved shopping there but now we are not so sure, I had ordered a recliner for my husband, and when we got it and brought it home, it was broke as in they had to order us a new one, finally got it back after three months, then we ordered a dresser and it was here within eight weeks, but when we got it home it was broken. Had to call and talked with sales lady and they offered money off if we wanted to keep it. So we did take the dale but it isn’t the people at the store that don’t care it is the people that make it!!
