From THE FIRST DAY, when Livia met with me to find out our wants and needs, to the design process, to the site visit, to the installation and to the final walk-through, everyone from PlayPros listened, responded quickly, kept in touch, communicated, and were available for all of our questions. We had a fundraising phase that they waited patiently through, and when the money was ready, they were ready to go. They worked steadily, in COLD weather and through some glitches on our end. The playground itself is beautiful, strong and lasting. Our kids are over the moon. There are so many special touches in both our structures! We love our new benches, too! To each person who contributed, Alex, Livia, Heath and co., you are outstanding people. I would give you 10 stars if I could!
