Finally they have people that want to help you. They girl in the paint department actually found the item I was looking for not just say it is in an aisle. The young man at the register was very helpful and fixed an error the computer did.

SPENCER! Was awesome! My mom and I walked in needing cords and adapters to finish off our christmas decorations. Spencer was there to save the day. Looked up and took us to the isles we needed and help brain storm with us on exactly what we needed to get the job done. Also suggested we pick up so other items too! I have a HUGE problem with not only the all self checkouts, but the invasiveness of seeing your face on a screen at checkout. And I'm suspecting it's tied into facial recognition software as well. I'm here to shop not be tracked. I have no problem with your security cameras to prevent theft, but I have a huge problem with this type of invasive facial recognition breach of privacy. But it's OK, I understand if I want to shop in your store then I have to be subject to the facial recognition software. I no longer want to shop in your store.

Stopped by the Lowe’s in Kokomo and honestly, this is one of the better-run home improvement stores I’ve been to (and compared to other Lowe’s location). Every time I’ve visited, there’s always someone nearby who’s actually willing to help instead of disappearing into an aisle like you see at a lot of other places. Whether it’s lumber, paint, plumbing, or appliances, I’ve consistently been able to find staff who know what they’re talking about and can point me in the right direction without making it a whole scavenger hunt. The store feels well-organized and easy to navigate, which makes grabbing what you need a quick process instead of a chore. Service from start to finish has always been smooth, and the checkout experience is usually quick with multiple lanes open. I also appreciate that the restrooms are available. The aisles feel spacious, and even on busier weekends, it never feels cramped. Their inventory seems to stay well stocked, so it’s rare that I leave without getting exactly what I came for. The parking lot is big and easy to get in and out of, which makes the whole trip feel straightforward. Overall, this Lowe’s has consistently delivered reliable service, helpful staff, and a clean, organized shopping experience.
