- SDSarah DunnFeb 23, 20261.0Bought a washer for my new apartment,they dropped it off and left quickly. When I opened the lid there were so many baby roaches crawling inside of it. SO NASTY!! They offered to trade it in for another instead of giving me a refund because I had already paid in full for it. Do not go here!! The manager blamed the workers and was not very kind/helpful. Thankfully it did not infest my apartment.

I work midnights, so getting ahold of me has been difficult. I warned the manager herself of that. Everytime a payment wouldn’t go through, I’d go to the store and make the payment. This time, money was short, so I was planning on making a double payment the next one due. Again, mind you, this is the first time I have ever been late, and it was only $20. This establishment took it upon themselves to come into my privately owned property, embarrass my roommate, to ask me when I would be making the $20 payment. My grandma was three months behind, and Aaron’s still refused to come get her bed. It was only until she threatened to let the mattress sit outside and let the rain destroy it, did they come and get it. I was one week late, for the first time ever, and took it upon themselves to harass me and my household about a blessed $20. They had their truck ready and everything to take the bed. This is harassment, prejudice, and a blatant violation of the privacy of my home. There was no logical reasoning for such a dramatic misuse of power. Corporate will be notified.

It is not a loan, credit, or financing. While no credit history is required for Aaron’s different digital approval processes, we do obtain information from consumer reporting agencies in connection with your lease application.You will not own the leased merchandise or acquire ownership rights unless you make all your lease renewal payments or exercise an early purchase option. How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?
After completing your order, we will send you a confirmation email titled "Aaron's Order Confirmation". At the top of that email is a blue "Track Order" button. If you have additional questions, please contact us at 1-888-333-3785.
Will Aaron’s move my merchandise?
Yes! While you are leasing from Aaron’s we will move your merchandise for you provided you are moving within 15 miles of your current residence.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Aaron's accepts cash, checks, money orders, and all major credit cards at most locations.
How does Aaron's Low Price Guarantee work?
If you are ever shopping and see that one of our local competitors has a lease to own deal that's lower than Aaron's, we'll be happy to offer our Low Price Guarantee. What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
