- CCCaroline CoxDec 3, 20251.0SCAMMERS DO NOT USE THEM! They charged $421 to unlock my car door. They unlocked my door THEN told me the cost and told me I had to pay by cash app. When I called the service back (3x) they told me the charge was normally $100-200. The technician pocketed my money knowing we'd have to pay because it was snowing and we were cold. I am filing a complaint with BBB and drafting a letter from my attorney if I do not get a full refund. This business should be shut down and that technician fired. I am not usually one to do this but the way they have conducted business and taking advantage of their customers when most people in this world don't have $400 to spare is SHAMEFUL.
