    I just want to say how absolutely above and beyond Kyle and Adam went to resolve an issue that my husband and I had. There was a glitch in the self checkout system and we were charged for what we bought and there system had no record of the transaction. Both Kyle and Adam did their very best to make sure that we were taken care of. Let me just say I was not a happy camper or the nicest person at that point. $250 is a lot of money to spend and not have anything to show for it. They were willing to take a loss just to make sure that they didn’t lose our business. Everything was resolved and no one took a loss. Definitely the best customer service that I have ever experienced!! Thanks to both of you and my apologies for getting so hot headed.

    Went here to pick up eight more metric size bolts to match the one bolt that I had for a new table that came without bolts. This place has every size bolt you can think of so it was a little overwhelming when I saw all the different sizes but a store official came over and was great and helping me find the exact size I needed. It's that kind of customer support that you can always count on at Lowe's. They also give military discounts for veterans in active duty military members, and their security is good because they always check ID. Thanks Lowe's!

    These companies running around, patting themselves on the back over how they are integrating AI into their daily operations have no idea of the damage they are doing, and Lowes is right there in the mix. Dealing with Lowes was a disaster this weekend. We ordered a new LP Gas drier from Lowes on Feb. 25th. We were informed at the time that “some” LP Gas conversion kits were difficult to get (why, was never explained), so we were compelled to order a far more costly unit simply because it appeared the conversion kits were more readily available for that unit. So we wait and wait and finally get confirmation the unit is in and will be delivered on Sunday, March 15. At 7am on the day it was to be delivered, we get a call indicating that the conversion kit did NOT come in with the drier and it won’t be available until April 7! Now we are back to the same date the less costly units referenced and we’re going to sit with an inoperable drier for another three and a half weeks! I could go deeper into the weeds on this but here are the things we learned during the experience: Lowes new AI telephone service is virtually worthless. It tells you nothing and it makes getting to a live person a royal pain. Second, when you do get through you’ll likely be talking to someone who can’t speak English. The “system” will tell you that “all requested items are being delivered” right up to the point where the delivery people show up and don’t have the key part it takes to make it run. Oh, and on top of everything else, the drier was damaged on both the right and left side. Needless to say, this experience with Lowes Home Improvement has led to anything but an Improvement. You can’t trust a thing their wonderful AI system tells you. Buyer Beware!
