I like this Lowe's because of the convenient location.
However, management needs to do something about the blue-vest employees that try to sell services.
They will approach you and try to sell you services for your house. When you decline, they keep pushing. They are not knowledgeable on where things are on the store. They keep following you, asking questions, trying to get you to sign up for things.
It feels like pop-up ads, but in really life. I find it extremely infuriating. I need to go to Lowe's often and in one day I get stopped 4-5 times. I don't want your services. Even if I wanted them, since you guys are so pushy, I'll never get them from you.
If management doesn't get rid of these blue -vest sellers, I'll do the longer drive and say goodbye to Lowe's.

I had a wonderful experience shopping at the Lowe's nursery today. The staff is fantastic, especially Robin, who is always very pleasant. He greets customers with a warm smile and a hearty "Hello." I've been wanting to write this feedback all day because of the positive impression he has left on me. Over the time that I've been visiting the nursery, he hasn't changed, and I truly appreciate that. Thank you!

Go here if you want to be hounded by salesmen for HVAC or Gutter Guard. They wear Lowes vests but are just salesmen. Not a fan of going to Lowe’s to buy wood and being chased down to buy gutter guard

They have study l quality home improvement stuff but don't go unexpecting quality customer service. And probably don't pre-order yourself to pick it up either because that's generally a hassle that will take you more time and energy than it would take you to just go shop for yourself. The manager that came to help me in lieu of the employee that wasn't very helpful seemed nice though. A little grumpy but she has to work with people that don't want to work so I don't hold her accountable for that
