  We had been sofa shopping at many places but when we went to La-Z-Boy we found a few sofas we really liked. The store was very clean and nicely decorated. On our first and second visit we spoke with the store manager who provided us with a lot of information and guidance on our interests. On our third visit we worked with Kelly Spaulding and she asked us if we would like to have a design consultant come to our home to help provide information for our decision. The consultation went very well and we moved forward working with Kelly to make our purchase. Kelly and the rest of the staff were wonderful during the whole process. We received our items a couple of weeks ago and are thrilled with our purchase. We thank Kelly for all her time and patience working with us. We highly recommend La-Z-Boy in Avon/Indianapolis for anyone looking for home furnishings!

  Our sales person Kelly was awesome. Personable Respectful accommodating Helpful No sales pressure We were so impressed that I took time to call the manager to express our satisfaction and ask that he personally pass it along to her. Ask for Kelly…you won’t be disappointed

  Mark did a great job with my Bride and me in helping us get the right la-z-boy for us. Very thorough. No rush. He took time with my Bride to pick the right fabrics. She ultimately settled for the full grain leather option. Very happy with the customer service. La-z-boy is not a cheap option BUT when you consider how many furniture sets we have been through for various quality issues, la-z-boy makes perfect sense. We plan on having these pieces for a very long time.

  It all started when I went to a friend's home and admired her furniture. She said, "it's a Lay-z-boy, I designed it myself". Meaning she was able to choose her own fabrics. Few, days later, I stopped in at Lay-z-boy, Avon, walked in about 10 feet and found the perfect couch. It met all my requirements for the style and I loved the fabric already. Zach, was the Saleman that greated me and he was great. Very knowledgeable, great ideas and suggestions of things to dhow me. I took 4 watches home just to be sure and the one on the couch in the showroom was still my favorite and perfect in my house. Lay-z-boy offers Designer support, both in-store or in-home. I decided to select in-home. Katlin was my Designer. She was great. We had the same design likes and ideas. Katlin worked with me, worked up two options, bith were great! I chose to purchase the couch & love seat, and since they are both in stock I'll haven't them within 2 wks. I am very happy with my experience at Lay-z-boy. Zach & Katlin were wonderful; both of them were personable, professional and knowledgeable. I told them that of the many years of buying furniture. This is the first time that I was thoroughly happy and impressed, with every aspect of it; from the sales, to the design, to the purchase. And of course I am thrilled with the style and quality of the Couch, and Love seat. I will definitely tell my family and friends to check out Lay-z-boy, Avon. And to be sure to ask for Zach and Katlin. Best furniture purchase and experience ever.
