He said, why don’t I just go ahead & replace it. It was replaced & working great by the time we got back. The next week, my mom’s payment was denied. He called to let her know. She’s 87 so called me concerned. I spoke with Todd & got the situation straightened out. Turns out her credit card was hacked. He assured us that we had a few days before a late charge would be assessed. I really appreciate him giving us a heads up right away.
