I will come back and update post issue resolution. Overall I would tell you to look elsewhere for your blinds. It has been a frustrating experience. The sales person was completely unrealistic with timeframe to get installed and the worst part was he sold me an automation solution that is not technically possible with product installed. I was very clear about what I wanted and now have blinds that cannot be automated.
Two blinds arrived in wrong configuration and one was broken from factory. The partner they use to build blinds clearly had QC issues. Time will tell how they hold up.
To be fair the installation team was great. I’d give them a 5 star as they were efficient, courteous and clean up as they went. Post sale service has also been responsive thus far to resolve product issues.
This is third new build since 2020 I have installed new blinds in and sadly easily worst experience of them.

I can only say great things about Zinga’s! Allysa, John and Jennifer have all been great through out the whole process. They all were beyond our expectations!! 5 + stars

Zinga's is a total class act from start to finish.
The entire process was smooth, professional, and well-organized. Amber C and the warranty team were responsive,
knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful - not rushed, not dismissive, just solid customer service done right.
The cordless option is fantastic, the install was clean, and everything works exactly as promised. You can tell this company cares about doing things correctly and standing behind their work.
Highly recommend Zinga's if you want quality products, clear communication, and a team that actually follows through.

I would NOT recommend working with Zingas Indianapolis. We have had a very difficult time with them, their "warranty" and their customer happiness guarantee. Specifically, we needed window coverings for our new home. Justin S. came out and gave us a quote. Zingas was not the least expensive option. Our window coverings for 11 windows was around $7,700+. We decided we liked their lifetime warranty chose Zingas. Since installation, we have had nothing but issues with one specific set of windows. We have had to have the coverings remade at least 3 times, change material types one, and they still never got them right (see attached photos). There are not what we paid for. After continued conversations with Zingas, we were finally told they were no longer going to try and remedy the issues, and they consider this an "environmental" issue, and they considered the issue closed. Ultimately, after much back and forth, the best they would do for us would be to refund us $200. We knew we were going to have to go elsewhere to get a quality product, so we agreed to the refund. Beth J. in their accounts receivable dept refunded $200 to a credit card that doesn't exist. After requesting them to fix the refund, it was stated "the refund was successfully completed...", we were given a ARN (acquire reference number), and told we would have to take it up with the credit card company..... and now after multiple request to Justin S and Beth J.. for their leadership contact info so I could discuss, they have completely quit responding to me.....Long story short. Zingas is expensive and they DO NOT stand behind their product or warranty. I would suggest doing business elsewhere.
Tyler and Peyton just completed the installation of our automated shades. They both were professional and efficient at their job. They arrived on time, did a great job with the installation, cleaned up after they were finished, and ensured we understood how to use and maintain the shades. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend Zingas!
