Sure, they come to your house to measure, but they don’t tell you there will be a one inch gap on each side, so when the shade is down, you can still see the window frame! I wanted a shade that wouldn’t require curtains as well, and I was assured these were the ones. NOPE! They’re awful and customer service doesn’t give a damn!
