Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect that expectation. The shutters we received were poorly manufactured, with visible overspray, dents, and scratches. After raising multiple concerns, the salesman reviewed the issues and arranged for all but three shutters to be remade. The replacements were an improvement over the originals, but in my opinion, the overall quality still falls short of what I would expect given the price point. Some shutters continue to show signs of overspray which just leaves me wondering who oversees the end product. At this point, I’ve decided not to pursue further corrections—it simply isn’t worth the continued frustration. While the shutters are passable, I believe I could have obtained similar products elsewhere for significantly less money and hassle.
