Won't accept a return without a receipt at this location. I've had no problem with returns at other Lowes with no receipt. Will start shopping at Menards. UPDATE: Apparently other Lowes adopted this same policy. I called your 800 number, told them about my review and wanting to return a couple plumbing items without a receipt, and got no where. Guessing the purchase was on an old credit card that I don't have anymore. Menards will accept returns with no receipt at the lowest sale price for in store credit. Will be doing my shopping there.
