    Very disappointed. Checked online for copper grill sheets. Location (Shadeland in Indianapolis) showed 11 in stock. Went to store, found the product, tried to check out, product flagged as no longer sellable. They would not sell it to me. Asked a “manager” why then does it show as in stock online and is in the store for customers to choose? Reply was, “I’m not the one to answer that.” I do my part, go out of my way to come to the store only to be told I can’t buy a product they have hanging in the store. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN YOU LOWES!!!

    I was leaving and I was parked next to a bmw that the customer may have forgotten to close their door. So as I was leaving, I called the store, hoping that they could page the owner to secure their vehicle since this store is in a horrible area. Anyway, a female associate answered the phone and spewed off a greeting so fast I couldn’t even understand. Unsure if this call got routed to the store after listening to a ridiculous auto attendant and legal disclaimer, just to get a person, I asked if this was the Castleton store. She said yes. I started to explain that a vehicle was unsecured in their parking lot…. And she hung up on me. I tried calling back, no answer. The associate may have had an accent, but that has nothing to do with her rushed, unintelligible greeting. More over, I’m trying to help you, and a fellow shopper, be safe. This associate, like so many other associates here seem bothered by having to deal with customers. This was a good store like 5 years ago , earned my business with great service, but I keep having absolutely horrible service experiences here. This is the third absolutely worst service experience. Associates don’t care about customers at all.
