    Went to this location for recessed light replacements and a misc. purchase. Disrepect and no employees to assist - customers are not a priority. Marketing gutters guards are the priority. Left totally fuming and won't be back. SHOP HOME DEPOT folks. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and KNOWLEDGEABLE employees.

    So unimpressed. Went in looking for two things. I had to spell butane to the 3rd person I asked. Yes 3rd. I was misdirected and rather than get frustrated further, I left with the other thing I wanted. The young marketing girls asking about my gutters were more professional. I was sent to Ace hardware. If I hadn't been able get the other item only there, I would have.

    I hired Lowes to install my interior back door. They contracted Install Partners. Install Partners came out to my home to install my interior back door, it was a disaster. The installer took out our alarm sensor without our knowledge and we now have a safety issue, the installer had to take off our exterior security door and did not reinstall the door correctly, there is light shining through the bottom and top of the exterior door, we spoke to the sales guy in depth about our threshold when he was at our home, the installer did not install the threshold as planned, the wood at the bottom of the new back door is peeling, we gave the installer a brand new hardware set for our backdoor and the new strike plate looks like he took a hammer to it, the spring latch hole was cut to big, it does not fit snug like it suppose to, the installer made nail holes around the trim in our home, he left without fixing the holes, the caulk on the threshold is messy, he also took our latch off our exterior security door without our knowledge. The sales guy stole our old back door that we were going to sale for $50 and he stole the remaining supplies from the brand new hardware kit we gave him. When I initially reach out to Install Partners to install the interior door, I had no problems getting in touch with them. Now, since their installer has caused all this damage to our home, they will not respond. I had to reach out to Cody the manager at Lowes on Shadeland. He's also having a difficult time trying to get in touch with their contractor. We have been calling and leaving messages for a month or more. So, I reached out to Danielle from installation and she would reach out to me with no resolution. Eventually she stop calling. Cody reached out to Whitney from Install support team. She called me and assured me she would get this situation resolved. She said she would call me back next week. Next week came and went and no phone call. I have spoken to several people from Lowes Installation team, install support team, and Lowes managers with no help. Cody has been the only one trying to help, but he's also running into issues trying to contact Install Partners or get this situation resolved. I also reach out to Lowes corporate office and explained to them my situation and how install sales support team and installation was no help trying to get the situation resolved and the corporate office redirected me right back to install sales team and installation knowing they was not able to resolve my situation. About two weeks later, I did get a text from Install Partners scheduling an appointment to reinstall my new door. I would like a manager from Lowes here when Install Partners come out to my home to reinstall my door and fix all the damages caused by Install Partners. Due to Install Partners unprofessionalism, rude, disrespect and their I don't care attitude, it's not my property. I am really stressed out by this situation and I have high blood pressure which this situation is making it worse. After I wrote this review, Lowes responded to my review and said he/she was the owner and gave me a phone number to call them. I called the phone number which is customer service and they stated, the owner should have given you his direct number, which I completely agree. I still could not get in touch with the right person or people to help resolve my issues. I gave them a one star only because I could not give them a negative star. Buyer Beware!!!!
