We returned a snow shovel to Lowe’s, and it was processed to be put back onto a gift card that was used to purchase it. When we called Lowe’s to verify the return was processed because it was not showing up, the lady working the desk that answered the phone was very rude and condescending making the comment making a false accusation saying that we were calling every day. We just returned the item that very same day so it was the very first time we called. Even if a customer did call once a day to check the status, that doesn’t give the associate the right to respond the way that she did. The o my reason there is 2 stars is because we did get great service when we made the purchase. The customer service from this associate on the phone was unacceptable.

Came in for plywood with special cuts. Essa was fantastic. Very helpful and professional. Had shoulder surgery recently…..went out of his way to help. I will not go back to Madison and County Line Road!!!!

Some associates in the store was very helpful with what could be an order.
Lowes has just automatically canceled my order and told me I had to go in and physically purchase my items. It is a total of $5000, this time.
Within the last 5 years I have spent roughly $500000 at the corporation.
I am planning on taking my business and whatever business I can from Lowes. They, in general are not willing to work with you.
