    I had an issue with an online order. I ordered through the Greenwood store; but since they didn't have the items the delivery came out of the Beech Grove store. Well, my items never got delivered even though they were picked up and the items were on the way. I learned Lowes uses a 3rd party company to deliver items like that; but you only have 5 days to make the claim. Max was able to help me out and work with his managers to help us find the best solution of refunding me for the purchase. Both Lowes and myself had the confirmation of the order getting picked up and the driver on the way but no one had conformation of the delivery (and it wasn't delivered.) Disappointing to not get the items; but thanks to Max and his managers they've kept this customer. Just keep in mind, 5 days to make the claim if your purchase doesn't get delivered!

    Stopped in to grab some paint but unfortunately, the person working the paint counter stood there drawing pictures the whole time and never looked up despite me trying to walk around them and get their attention for five minutes. Maybe hire more attentive workers.

    Hit door buster this morning. They mad sure the line was warm and even provided chairs for the older customers. Very sensitive to the weather and event.
