  Went here with my partner to find a more afforable, friendly laundry mat. I'm more than pleased to say that we found it! We met a man by the name of Bruce. Not only did he go above and beyond to help us as new customers, we personally witnessed him helping his regulars as well- i.e. helping them bring their laundry to their cars, and accompanying them with conversation, and upholding an overall respectful and down to earth attitude. Overall just an amazing guy. I would come anywhere from 12am-8am if you want the best customer service/guidance if you are a new customer!

  Great place to do laundry. All of the employees were very friendly and knowledgeable, employee Ireli was amazing! Very clean and well lit laundry-mat with a lot of machines. Prices are pretty reasonable, half off between 10:00pm and 6:00am, and they have the option to use a reloadable card, add $20 get $5 free, or a QR code to scan with your phone at each washing machine. Machines are all speed queen and are well kept. Very satisfied!!

  This is my third time here and I’ll say this laundromat is just alright. This might be my last time though. Here are my pros & cons: Pros: - close to home - fairly clean - never crowded - plenty of machines Cons: - cashless- first time I came I had a ton of quarters and couldn’t use them. Had to buy a card and upload money to the card to use the machines - dryers are $2.09/load for a 45lb dryer. You only get 32 minutes per use and if you want to add more time, you have to swipe your card again and you get another 32 minutes? Who needs that much time if you just need an extra 5-10 minutes?! - dryers don’t dry completely. I had a few loads that went 32 minutes on high heat and still weren’t dry afterwards. It would be nice for there to be an option to just add a few more minutes versus wasting another $2.09. - one of the dryers took my money. I scanned my card and set the temp. When I hit start, I got an error message. I tried not again and it took my money again, but never started. The good side is the clerk on duty gave me a free scan after switching to another dryer, but I’m out the other $2 that I scanned on the second time. Overall, it’s not bad, but I prefer the old school where I can bring cash and not depend on technology failing.

  My positive review for LaundroMax (East Washington St.) Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ use my code for $25 off first wash!! dedb412d Hello all! I had a great experience at LaundroMax on East Washington Street! KB did an amazing job folding my clothes—everything was so neat and organized. I was especially impressed with the wash quality; even though I had some stubborn stains that were set in, they managed to get them looking clean and fresh. Next time, I’ll make sure to pretreat those spots beforehand to make their job even easier! The area is super clean, quiet, and my drop off and pick up went extremely smooth! Love that for me! I’m already planning on bringing my bedding in for my next visit. Getting all of this done for only $49 is a fantastic value. Thanks so much, LaundroMax—job well done!

  After moving to Indy, our biggest priority was finding a place where we could wash and dry our laundry. We checked out several places before settling at Laundromax. It's always clean, welcoming, and it's obvious that the employees work as hard as they can to keep it in this condition. Kaitlyn B. is who we normally see here since we typically come right after 10pm, when half price washers and dryers start. She's always cleaning or checking something, and there's been plenty of times where we've been here for a couple of hours and she hasn't stopped cleaning and moving the entire time. And despite coming so late at night, we've never felt unsafe here. They also have a designated pet washer and dryer, which we love. Our dog appreciates when we make her blankets fluffy again too. All in all, it's an amazing place to go!
