  I am very impressed. The machine's are easy to operate and I'm really impressed with the staff, and how well they maintain the facility. Bruce is very professional and courteous. He was very helpful and pleasant to know.   Bruce is a wonderful breath of fresh air after a long day! It was my first time in the facility and right away he approached me and made sure I was ok then proceeded to walk me through the process. It was very obvious I was completely lost! This place is very clean and that’s a huge YES for me! Friendly clean and fun! Thanks Team and Thank you BRUCE!!!

  I would not recommend the pick up drop off wash and fold. Just take it yourself or do it somewhere else. Today my washer and dryer unexpectedly quit. Tried to do the free pick up and drop off and paid extra for getting it done and delivered by end of day drop off. The bags got to the laundromat at 10 am. I called numerous times to insure that they had everything they needed because I needed it same day. The woman explained the price and said they'd get it done before their shift was over at 4. I called again to make sure it was in process as the updates were not showing any movement at 2 o'clock- the same woman said they'd price had gone up because of some of the items and the express price I paid for for same day and she'd get it done by 4. 4 came and went, my husband called at 6 to check on it. It was being folded with no updates in the app. I looked at my delivery options and all that were available were for tomorrow - WHEN WE PAID FOR SAME DAY DELIVERY. Thankfully my husband called again at around 7:30 and they were finally ready.grateful he was able to go pick them up. They ruined one item of clothing which was in good condition before but somehow now is super crispy and filled with holes. The price was really expensive for the value. Did have a ton of clothes done and but could've found a better deal and better communication and expectations met elsewhere in a timely fashion.

  I had such a great experience at the laundromat thanks to Don! He is incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. From the moment I walked in, he made me feel welcome and comfortable. He keeps the place spotless and running smoothly, which makes doing laundry so much easier and stress-free. Don goes above and beyond for customers whether it’s answering questions, helping with machines, or just offering a kind smile and conversation. It’s clear he truly cares about his job and the people who come in. Employees like Don make all the difference. I highly recommend this laundromat because of him!

  This morning I arrived at the laundromat and I only had about 5 to 10 minutes before they have off expired. Bruce met me as I was taking my clothes out out of the car and explain that between 10 AM and 6 PM. The washers were half off., I was like what he said do you need any help getting your clothes in the washer so that you don’t miss The half off Wash I said yes I would appreciate your help. He helped me to get all my clothes and the hundred pound and the 75 pound within 10 minutes and we only missed one watch that I had to pay full price and all the other washes were half off heads off to Bruce great job Bruce and I will make sure that I come in to do my laundry between 10 PM and 5 AM. , What great Customer Service and I even heard him asking people if you need any help getting their clothes out of the car or putting their clothes into the car great customer service for Bruce. Great customer service at this laundromat as a whole. This is the only laundromat that I come to, and I love enjoying using the laundromat debit card.
