He was patient and took his time to inform me of all the updates on the different recliners that I was interested in since my last purchase 11 years ago. I told him the kinds of fabrics and prints and colors I was interested in, and he zeroed down to several he thought would work. Together we came up with a good plan, and he was even gracious enough to set aside the order until I could take advantage of the Black Friday pricing. I would definitely recommend him for any customer. :-)

Upon entering, we were casually approached by a salesperson, Amber, who made us feel right at home and was neither pushy nor overbearing. We appreciated that. She was able to answer all of our questions, but gave us space and time to look around and find exactly what we wanted in a chair and a couch. The other salespeople were all quite friendly as well, and everyone was professional. Amber gave sound advice when we needed assistance, and made the experience from entering the store to the final sale reassuring and thorough. We are excited to get our new couch and chair, both of which are of excellent quality, offer great support, and are very comfortable and cozy. We'll enjoy many years relaxing on our new furniture pieces. We even met some very friendly fellow shoppers while we perused the store, and each of us made our purchases.
