- RJRene JacasaDec 3, 20251.0If I could pick 0 stars I would. During a recent visit to this Hobby Lobby location, I had an experience that left me disappointed. While shopping, I overheard members of management discussing an employee in a way that felt unprofessional and inappropriate for the workplace. What concerned me most is that the employee being discussed is someone who consistently provides exceptional service whenever I come in. I understand that every workplace has its challenges, but conversations like that should never happen on the sales floor where customers can hear them. It reflects poorly on the store and creates an uncomfortable atmosphere for shoppers and, more importantly, for the employees who work hard every day. I truly hope management takes steps to improve internal communication and show greater respect for their staff. Better planning, professionalism, and support for their employees would go a long way in maintaining a positive environment for both customers and workers.

I was trying to pay and there’s a white lady with short hair and glasses right next to the card machine. Some special awareness would be great. There’s not even enough space to stand in front and pay.
