She personally called me back to answer it. I knew she would be fantastic to work with at that point. When I stopped by today, she was making sure the facility is clean; I was so impressed. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I wasn’t even going to rent today, but I did. It’s because of Shirley. I was just there to check the facility to see if it were an option for me. I couldn’t be more delighted with her level of service. She’s a keeper, and I hope the national company knows what an asset she is to Extra Space Storage. After 4-months, I received an email that my rate was being raised to $250/month. Feels like a shady business model where they wait until your goods are all stored and organized, then they raise the rent 50% knowing you then only have the option to remove everything and go to a different facility.
