  Pricing and signing up online is remarkably easy and convenient. But what is not, even after downloading the app, is verifying your ID. Why in the hell would you require people to do everything online but not have it online method of verification. I can verify my car insurance by taking a picture of my ID. Through the app. Do better.

  UPDATE: The owner’s response to this review was nothing more than a public-relations tactic. Despite being told my complaint would be escalated and that I would be contacted to discuss next steps, absolutely nothing has happened. No follow-up. No communication. No accountability. This deliberate inaction has left me no choice but to pursue this matter through legal channels. Their failure to respond or take corrective action constitutes gross negligence, and I will not allow it to be dismissed or covered up! BACK STORY: We rented a storage unit with your company in December 2021 and have paid our rent on time every month since that date. At no point did we notify the company of any intent to vacate the unit, nor have we ever violated any rules or regulations. When we returned to place additional items in our unit, we discovered that it had been completely emptied. Upon contacting the property manager, we were told there was allegedly no contract on file and that the unit was believed to be vacant. As a result, the lock was cut and all of our property was auctioned off. After contacting corporate, we were informed that our contract does, in fact, exist, confirming that this was an internal error on the company’s part. During my interaction with the property manager, Rebecca, she was rude, dismissive, and extremely unprofessional. Rather than taking accountability for this serious mistake, she attempted to shift blame onto us by claiming the unit had been left open for weeks and that other individuals stole our belongings. This explanation is illogical and false. If the unit had been left open, there would have been no reason to cut the locks. The unit was securely locked the last time we accessed it. The loss of our property is devastating. Many of the items were valuable and irreplaceable, which is precisely why we rented a storage unit—to ensure their safety. This situation occurred due to negligence and a failure to follow proper procedures. We consider this matter extremely serious and are fully prepared to pursue legal action if it is not resolved appropriately and immediately. We expect a prompt response and a clear plan for resolution.

  Good place for storage but over the years the price had got to high. Had to move to a cheaper location. We found a cheaper spot for way less.

  This was a great experience. I had to call customer service and she was great. I got everything handled on the 1st call. She was polite, professional and I could see her smile over the phone. She even let me know that I had a small refund coming to me that I didn't even know about. Location is great, it is a very clean and well maintained location. Jeffrey
